Tenants only have access to their specific tenancy and tenancy documents and cannot see or access any Landlord information or documentation
No, each tenancy is managed independently and so only the appropriate tenants can access their tenancy information.
No problem, the only benefit for the tenant is that the application acts as an additional mechanism for communication and a one stop shop for the tenant to see any upcoming events or planned maintenance works, view their tenancy documents, access online versions of appliance user manuals, house manual, check in and check out packs etc. All of this however can be emailed or posted to the tenant directly as well.
All documentation is safely and securely stored within the cloud. All personal information is encrypted and only accessible by the legal Landlord. We follow all GDPR regulations and are registered with the ICO
Only the legal Landlord and the tenants associated with a specific tenancy can access their respective documentation and contracts
Yes you can add any other relevant parties to your alerts e.g. you may wish to add your maintenance contractor, builder or simply a friend who may be helping you in managing your property
Yes all alerts can be self customised and can be turned on or off at will
